This video is making its rounds through the blogosphere right now, and it shows an app that should be built in to every version of iPhone OS since day one — a tool to sync over Wi-Fi! The developer is hyping his product a bit, in the hopes of a better experience with the app store approval process, and that we might actually see this app approved.
Frankly, I’m not holding out much hope, and I bet this violates all sorts of API restrictions. Maybe it’ll get approved. Maybe we’ll only see it in Cydia. However, this shows that the tech is possible, and damnit Apple, this should have been in iPhone OS 4!
