The Apple reps are there 8AM to 8PM CDT, and by all accounts are actually answering the calls. Just don’t forget your Wi-Fi for it to work.

I just tried it… absolutely awesome!!! Even if it was with a tech. I highly suggest trying it out if you don’t know of anyone else with an iPhone 4! I’ve seen many failed video calling implementations before but FaceTime is just perfect, hands down. Now if only AT&T would hurry and get their a$$es in gear to get this working on their network.

I just did it for sh*ts and giggles. The employee was pretty cool. He told me something I didn’t know, either. FT doesn’t use your minutes. I thought it connected over the cellualr network but just transferred the data through wifi but I was wrong. No minutes are used at all.
I tried it with a tech, too. She was really friendly, which wasn’t what I was expecting. I also thought that the voice call continued over the cell network and video was sent over wifi, but the tech clarified. It works realllllly well. Need to get an iPhone 4 for my wife now so I can vid chat with the family while I’m at work.

Me and my sister both have iphone 4s and when she calls me on facetime it works perfect on her end she can hear and see me perfect but i can see her but she is frozen and when she talks its like she has a bad broken voice. What could be wrong???
