In case you still thought the aging iWeb service had any legs left, Steve Jobs confirmed via email that it is going bye bye. It’s been a while since we’ve had a Steve email, it’s nice to see these things every once and a while. Anyway, here’s the exchange, courtesy of MacRumors:

Will I need to find an alternative website builder and someone to host my sites?
I have invested a lot of time and effort and the thought of re-training sucks more than mobileme ever did.
A: Yep.
