Smash Hit Game Bastion Heads To iPad

Last year saw the game Bastion become a smash hit as a downloadable title on the PS3 and XBox 360, garnering rave reviews for its innovative reactive narrator and intense action. Winner of more than 100 industry awards, the title is widely regarded as one of the best of the best games of 2011 — and it’s now available for the iPad.

Bastion is available for just $4.99, a substantial price decrease from the console/Mac versions of the game, and the controls have been completely retooled for the new platform. If, however, you’re still a touch nervous about dropping a whopping $5 on a truly excellent title, there is a free demo version which you can play inside Chrome browser (though it’s a bit buggy).
