There have been widespread reports this afternoon that iPhone 4S owners are experiencing issues accessing Siri. Siri of course relies heavily on Apple’s servers for a variety of queries.

So, how is Siri working for you or isn’t she? Siri is technically in beta, so a few bumps are to be expected.

Sorry bob, something went wrong, can you please try again. ugh
Yep, embarrassing when I am showing off my new $399.00 plus my $30 per month data plus another good $100 per month family plan on my 64 gb iPhone 4s and Siri won’t play.
I was surprised that the queries are handled globally rather than locally.
This has happened more than once. More often than not, it is slow answers from my queries or directions.
Hey Siri, did you hear about the global blackberry outage that happened because all blackberry devices have to go back through RIM’s own servers, and the servers went down? Siri? Hello?
I’ve been experiencing problems for the past hour – was just able to connect.
The day Siri was down I was really close to reinstal software on my phone because I didn’t know that it connects to Apple servers instead of directly checking resources online
