Late June saw an iPad hacker plead guilty to the massive AT&T data breach from a year ago, and a second man has just been found guilty. Andrew Auernheimer, who was previously arrested on drug charges after revealing the a security hole at AT&T rather than exploiting it. Auernheimer, aka Weev, aka Escher  has now been charged on one count of conspiracy to gain unauthorized access to computers and one count of identity theft.

Auernheimer and his associate brute forced AT&T’s network to extract 100,000 identities of iPad users using a network vulnerability they had discovered.
