Even though Target already sells the iPad, it’s not currently stocking everyone’s favorite mobile phone. That’s all set to change, according to AppleInsider. Their sources say that the “at least it’s better than Wal-Mart” big box store will roll out phone centers in 850 of its 1,743 stores in partnership with Radio Shack.
Warehouse chain Sam’s Club will also be getting both devices, which makes sense, as they’re owned by Wal-Mart, who are starting to sell the iPad today.
Get ready for a holiday blitz to sell off the current stock of iPads in time for the next model being announced in early 2011.


So is there any real incentive to buy the iPhone from AT&T or Apple directly rather than from Target, Wal-Mart, or Sam’s Club? Or vice versa?
