The limitation is obvious. You have to pull it out to answer a call. When I'm going somewhere I think I will need my headphones its very nice. The pocket in the front can stretch to fit your headphones snugly (they don't have to hang out like the picture indicates).
The cleaning cloth is a nice bonus and works very well (probably better then the one the phone came with). The interior of the case is soft and treats your iphone right.
I can't comment on the belt clip quality because I don't use it.
One mark it maybe has is that its a little over priced.

Beautiful design, revolutionary interface, and just cool--the iPhone brings a ton to the table.
However, its not perfect and some tweaking is neeed. YouTube app is nice but the whole library isn't yup and the most viewed feature is off. Wifi seems to be a little flacky when connecting to protected networks.
But the cons (which are very fixable in the future with updates) are far out weighed by the pros. I love my iPhone.
