Unlike probably a majority of iPhone buyers out there, mine is going to take a beating. I work in rental property management and do all the hands on stuff myself (painting, scrubbing toilets, remodeling kitchens, etc. as well as all the office type stuff) so I needed a case that would protect my iphone as much as possible while still allowing me to have quick, sometimes one-handed while at the top of a ladder, access to my iPhone and all its' functions. This case accomplishes this with great ease. The construction is quite good in terms of the fit and durability of the case. One slight detraction to this is that the fit and finish isn't quite perfect at the seams and with the stitching. It does offer superb protection as it is basically a hard shell case with a leather covering. This provides good impact protection as well as some impact absorbing ability (many falls to the ground and smacks into things have tested this). It comes with a screen protector that was easy to apply and is very durable. All the controls are very usable, but some are a little more difficult to access of course due to the slightly thick nature of the case. I have big fingers though and I can still manage well. I do have one negative comment about the case. I did have a problem with the post on the back of the case falling off only after a couple weeks of use. It was however, very easy to fix with a small screwdriver and some superglue. This was caused, I believe, by the fact that the 360 degree clip has a small nub on it that actually results in a kind of indexing of the clips motion, in otherwords allowing 360 movement in notched increments. Well, this nub makes 'spinning' the iphone in the clip put a lot of lateral pressure on the post which eventually loosened up enough to fall off. As I said, it was very easy to fix this and I also removed the offending nub from the clip and now have full, free, 360 spin. Overall, great case for clipping on your belt or pocket and having quick easy access to the iPhone while also providing a surprising amount of protection with minimal bulk.
