I bought the Hipcase with my iPhone, mostly because it resembled the previous case I had for my Samsung D807. I love the thick leather which is a plus for protection. It has a nice velcro tab to secure the iPhone in place, and it's definetly a snug fit (with slightly enough room for an ID and credit card for consolidation and convenience).

The case has a cut-out for the headphone jack, which is a plus, but no other feature cut-outs, which is a drawback. Also, be careful when dropping. The design has corner cut-outs which sort-of showcase the sleek design of the iPhone, but allow for nics and scratches if dropped.

I love that the belt clip forces horizontal placement on the hip, and the belt clip is thick and sturdy.

Definitely a plus for professionals wanting to keep that pro look when gaudy cell phone cases can deter from that look.

ATT sells this item for $29.99 versus DLO.com's $34.99.
