I want to love this case, because it is very good looking, feels good in the hand, and does not obstruct access to the iPhone at all; but I have had the same experience with scratching as others. I should have known better; I have seen this with a couple of other cases on my Treo, and in that situation, I finally decided that caseless was the way to go. I think I'll do the same for the iPhone.

Come on Incase. You guys do a good job building cases what is the deal with this one. It's a great case but after less than a week of use it's very sloppy and stretched out. Are you going to be addressing this issue or ??

This case is amazing! After going through two cases that jacked up my iPhone this case really does what I need it to do which is to cover it and for it to have a nice grip that does not let me drop it. Over all this thing is really good and is one of the best ones out there.

Thinking it might have scratched mine too......

I have been VERY careful to NOT scratch the shiny metal bezel that surrounds the front edge of the iPhone......and have been successful so far. I tried this case for two days, and took it off to charge it and clean it. I then noticed that the bezel had a few minor scratches on it that weren't there when I put the case on. Hmmmmmm... It had to be that the case got something under it and held it to scratch the shiny surface because I did nothing different those two days. I have since not been using it. I hate that because it is a great case otherwise. It has a feel to it that makes you have a better hold on the phone, without being too big and overpowering the looks of the iPhone.

If it weren't for me worrying about it scratching, I would give it all 5 stars!

I wanted the slimmest case possible. I carry my iPhone in a pocket, not clipped to my belt like. So that rules out all those cases with the thick belt clips. The screen pretty much needs to stay naked to the touch, so you are really looking at only protecting the edges and back of the iPhone with a case. Don't get me wrong; I would prefer to put nothing on the iPhone in a perfect world. It's beautiful and looks like jewelry. But the iPhone case is pretty slick and I can easily see it slipping out of my hand with possibly disastrous results to the iPhone. The iCase is rubbery with a good grip and gives me confidence it's not going anywhere. The openings are well thought out. The volume switch is activated while completely covered by the iCase -- there are two rubbery bumps on the case that you push on easily to adjust the volume. Here's a hint. Under the iPhone slip one of your business cards as an ID in case you misplace it. An honest finder will be able to return it to you easily. Just be sure you position your card so that it doesn't block the camera lens on the back.

Went through 2 of these in only 2wks!. Loved it at first until dirt/particles built up under the rubber and etched the screen. After cleaning it once, rubber stretched out and failed to fully seal/protect the unit.

Case was good at the get go. But it started to stretch out after time due to removing to clean phone. I read there is a defect with some of them and Incase is willing to exchange for a new one. I'll pass and just wait for I-Skin's REVO.

Nice slim profile case!

I wanted a minimalist case, that added little bulk or weight to the iPhone while still providing some protection against dropping the phone. The inCase "Protective Cover" seems like a good choice so far.

This rubberized skin covers the entire backside of the phone, the sides and provides just a bit of a lip on the front surface. Cutouts are provided for the dock port on the bottom, the headphone jack and the camera. My Monster cable audio cable fit in just fine through the case, the camera performed just fine and the standard dock cable fits well. The skin does get in the way of setting the phone into the dock stand, but I suspect that's true of all skins.

There are also raised buttons that "push through" for the ringer controls on the side and the off switch on the top. They seem to work as expected.

I wish the lip on the front surface was just a bit thicker/taller, so that if the phone is dropped face down, the impact is more likely to be caught by the skin lip, not the screen. But that's a pretty small worry. I slapped a Power Support "Crystal Film" on the display of the phone and hopefully that will help.

I bought this skin at an Apple Store for $30, which seemed in the ballpark for a majority of the cases I saw.

Great Case, but....

This is a great case, but I had trouble using the Monster iSplitter 200 with it. The opening for the headphone port isn't big enough to allow the headphone jack to make a good connection to the port. I had to use an Xacto knife and trim the bottom of the jack so it would fit all the way into the port. Other than that, the case is very slim. Has a sung fit, and is easy to hod onto.

This incase molded rubber case is fantastic. it fits the iPhone perfectly. The rubber allows you go grip the iPhone easily and it allows for full use of the face of the iPhone. I'm not a big fan of the belt clip, so this is nice because it keeps the iPhone sleek and able to be put in your pocket, purse, etc. The item i think is NECESSARY to buy is the protective screen covers. They are $15 for two at the Apple store and they are removable if you make a mistake. Although it's just another expense, I'm going to do whatever i can to protect my $600 investment. Hope this helps... cheers to all of you!
