Beautiful design, revolutionary interface, and just cool--the iPhone brings a ton to the table.

However, its not perfect and some tweaking is neeed. YouTube app is nice but the whole library isn't yup and the most viewed feature is off. Wifi seems to be a little flacky when connecting to protected networks.

But the cons (which are very fixable in the future with updates) are far out weighed by the pros. I love my iPhone.

After an initial problem activating, for which i spent a total of 6 hours with iPhone support, it was AT&T that finally helped me get it started. And I have been in love ever since. I am having a few issues with why most of my album covers are not showing up in flow....but i think this is more an iTunes issue and not an iPhone issue. My friends have been in awe, and are begging me to let them play with it. Any one that has had doubts about its value, or being worth the wait, the hype, the price....I feel bad for you for having ever thought that it wasn't worth it!! I LOVE MY IPHONE!!

Some look at the price tags of $499 and $599 and gasp and think "how can this product be worth this amount of money." My answer - if I had to do it again, I would willingly pay double the price. This is a great product. Extremely user friendly and easy to adapt to quickly. I only have two very small issues - the speaker phone sound quality is pretty poor, but good enough to use in an office or in a semi-quiet room; and, email options are not as in-depth as I would like them to be (i.e. Reply To options, etc.).

A great purchase for anyone looking for an extraordinary device that will change mobile technology for good.

Wow! What a great device, as I'm typing this review on my iphone two big concerns are already put to rest.

1. Keyboard problems


2. Internet/EDGE speeds

The keyboard is so smart I can almost type blind folded you just start up a word ANSI you missed the appropriate letter somewhere in the middle iPhone corrects of for you. I type with two thumbs just as fast if not faster than I do on my PC its pretty amazing.

As for the Internet I have been on WiFi and edge and of coarse wifi is faster but edge isn't running at a snails pace by no means I was pretty shocked when I got on edge and started surfing its very convenient.

I would go further into the great user interface with all its bells and whistles and the ton of other great features this phone has to offer but I just wanted to be among the first to put down all these rumors and reports about slow edge speeds and keyboard problems. I love this phone this andy only regret is that I didn't buy 2.

I think the phone ROCKS!!! Granted it took me 3 days of waiting in line and being turned away to get 1 lol... The internet function is amazing. Its a little slow, but I normally it when I have time to kill. The ipod is just as I expected (they perfected that over the last few years). I am very very impressed with the touch screen and "smart phone" functions such as turning off the screen when I put the phone to my ear, and power saving functions. Apple knew a phone like this would require a monstrous battery, and they made up for it =). The typing features are taking a little getting used to but as everyone has already stated, its getting better with time. The big downfall is the non-flash supported browser. Flash would make this phone PERFECT! I also hope many developers take advantage of the iPhones capabilities. I am very eager to see what comes out of it. overall... EXCELLENT!

Over all I am very satisfied.

Activation took 7 hours but that is to be expected since everyone and their mother was activating at the same time.

I like it! EDGE is not as slow as I thought. Very user friendly interface. Still getting used to typing on it. Over all I say BUY IT.

I love the iPhone. Its a great item and well worth the wait. I agree with other people about the ringtones function being locked. I was so used to my Moto RAZR V3x which I can make any ring tones. I tried the bluetooth function to send a file to the iPhone but its not supported by the iphone.... :( bad bad.

The web and internet is fine except for the lack for java support and flash. my whole web experience is not that great.

The software it came with is fine but I hope to see more and at lease a GPS feature add on to use in conjunction with Google maps. that would be sweet.

AIM MSN YAHOO messengers...please....thats whats really missing.

All in all i would rate this on average of 1 to 10..a overall 8.8.

The interface is so simple ans so eye candy. There are something missing but all could be fixed with a simple software fix. I'd like to see.

The keyboard is amazing after about 5-10 I was typing away. I love how big everything is. I don't have the greatest eyesight but was able to use the phone with no problems.

I love it, and it is very worth the money I paid and the hour I waited. There are only a few things I wish were better.

• Vibrate is too soft (but the vibrate button is awesome)


• Ringer is not loud enough (I miss almost every call when in my pocket)


• That's it for ringtones?, and I can't make my own from iTunes (yet...)


• YouTube app does not have all YouTube videos (huh?)


• I need and instant messenger (please Apple!)

That's really it. I am very happy with the iPhone and I am sure most of the problems will be fixed with updates. I also feel that the EDGE is fast enough for me and i find most of the time I am on WiFi which is an awesome feature. As well as the keyboard works great when you trust it and just keep typing.

So the iPhone is not perfect but it is Almost Perfect and I assume with updates it will get much better. I would suggest anyone of any age to buy the iPhone because it is so easy to use and has features everyone will love and use.

Don't get me wrong, I've been waiting for the iPhone for a long time, but there are some downsides...they aren't huge, but still. I found out today that you can't text message the same message to multiple people. It doesn't keep reminding you if you have an event (meeting notice, missed call, etc.) while you're away from the phone. I was trying to search for a You Tube video my friend found online and I couldn't get to it off of the You Tube application but could find it on the web, but can't view the video through Safari because it doesn't support Safari plug-ins...overall, it's definitely worth it. I'm just waiting for the next upgrade to fix some stuff.
