An Update on Agent18
Hello All! Agent18 here! Just to let you all now we have listened to your reviews and created a new iPhone 3G case (Agent18 Slim EcoShield and Slim ClearShield) that is slimmer, has tighter snaps, includes a screen film protector, and has a matte finish. We think you will really love it. Check it out! http://www.agent18.com/product/iphone-cases/iphone-3g.aspx
Great but no fall protection
I thought this was the perfect case. Just don't drop it on the ground. The case comes apart as soon as you drop it. Since the design is two pieces snapped together, it comes apart easily when dropped. The phone comes completely out of the case and negates any protection at all. Otherwise, the case is near perfect. It's clear, shows off the phone's colors, makes it care free to just slide it onto a table, or throw it in your cubby hole or cup holder in your car without any worries. Just don't drop it on the ground.
Better 'n' fine
It went on so easy I thought it hadn't snapped shut. In fact there is a corner notch left to get it open because all the other edges are too smooth. So we got another for the other phone, too. Dock connector on a cable works fine and it comes with an adapter to set in a dock stand.
Good Stuff
Purchased this case the day my iphone came in from the local Apple store. Fits great, and it was just what I was looking for. Shows off the white back and protects the phone from scratches.
Best case for exterior protection
I wanted a case that would not trap dirt into the case and allow the grit to grind and scratch the case. I have seen this with the more flexible soft plastic cases as grit from your pocket makes it into the case... you find out about the grit once you remove the phone to find big scratches. This case only snugs to the phone in a few places, and is pushed onto the front plastic from rear bumpers that make limited contact to the case. since the case is clear, anything bad that gets in, you can remove before it becomes a problem (you'll see it). I also added a plastic screen cover to protect the touch panel. Not a scratch on the phone yet (hopefully it will stay that way). Also, since this case covers all four corners of the iPod, if you were to drop the phone, the case should take the damage, not the phone. a lot of the soft cases leave the edge exposed to damage during drops.
Great Case.
Great case. The case is clear and shows off the black backing and doesn't add a lot of bulk.
Aesthetically pleasing
Not bulky. No front cover or clip.
Good, But Expensive
This is the ONLY clear hard case I could find. It's really snazzy, shows off my white backing and doesn't add a lot of bulk.
On the other hand, it's really expensive. It should be more like a $20 case. No clip or stand.
