For the first time since launch, refurbished iPads are finally starting to show up in Apple’s online store. Picking up a refurbished model will save you $50 off the sticker, making the iPad at least a little more affordable. There are only Wi-Fi models available right now, so the 16GB goes for $449, 32GB for $549 and 64GB for $649. They all hold the same one-year warranty as a new model.
Of course, if you do buy one, be aware that a new model will probably be announced in January, if not sooner.
The fact that its taken so long for refurbished models to arrive on the scene is testament to just how popular the tablet is.
