Okay, this is just about unheard of. You just don’t see major discounts on iPhones, especially new (as in not refurbished) ones. Yet here we are, and from December 4-11, RadioShack is knocking $50 off all new iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4s. That means you can pick up a 3GS for $49.99, a 16GB iPhone 4 for $149.99 and a 32GB iPhone 4 for $249.99.
Even cooler than that, they’re offering a trade-in program that’ll knock $75 off the price for a fully functional (and unlocked) iPhone 3G or $125 for a 3GS. Got an old iPhone 3G burning a hole in your pocket? You can now grab a base iPhone 4 for just $75. Damn, that’s good!

I am assuming these prices are with a Contract activation . Right ?
That’s correct. Still the cheapest we’ve seen.
I traded my 16g 3G at radioshack about 4 months ago and they gave me over $100 trade in value. Of course I could have sold it online for me but this was much more convenient.
Think they will take a first gen iphone in trade?
I was in Radio Shack, and they told me the promo ENDED on the 11th, not started. The flyer in my hand confirms that.
Does it have to be a new activation or an extension of one you already have?
