Can’t make it DC for January 21st? Won’t be anywhere near a laptop or TV? Well, good news, you can watch the presidential inauguration via your smartphone, thanks to the Inaugural 2013 app. That’s right, it’s an app specifically for streaming the swearing in of President Obama for his second term.
The app also packs a few other features too, like finding nearby events, maps of the event itself, and social media integration.
Surprisingly, the app has been put together by AT&T, not the White House, and is freely available on both Android and iOS. If you’re in a situation where you want to watch the event but won’t be near a big screen, this might just be the best way to do so.
