If you are an existing Sirius subscriber, streaming to the iPhone or iPod Touch is free with a Premium Sirius Internet Radio or Premium XM Radio Online subscription. This will however add $8.99 to your monthly Sirius bill.

The service provides access to 120 SiriusXM channels, but it's not clear if Howard Stern is included, which limits the value from some.
