The list of new features found in iPhone firmware 2.0 seems to include the ability to save images and perform screen captures.

This of course makes it easy to add iPhone Wallpapers by simply saving them directly to your camera roll. By holding the sleep button and then tapping the home button, the iPhone will reportedly capture a screen shot. Pretty nifty and hopefully these features will find their way to iPhone firmware 2.0 expected to be released in June.
