Good news abound for Mac users, as Apple has released Mac OS X 10.5.3, that offers much more than a host of bug fixes including new Google sync capabilities.

The new option is now listed within the prefences section of Address Book. Follow these directions to enable syncing of your contacts with your Google account.

  1. Open Address Book > Preferences
  2. Check the box "Synchronize with Google
  3. Enter your Google username and password
  4. That's it, all your contacts will now be in sync within your Gmail account.
