Apple Working On Cut and Paste?

Despite MacWorld bringing a host of new features in iPhone software update 1.1.3, cut and paste continues to be among the most demanded improvements among our iPhone owners in our forums. According to SvenOnTech, Apple is working on a solution.

After speaking to a littany of Apple employees, Sven was able to get an answer. While certainly not an official statement from Cupertino, the employee indicated that Apple is aware of the desire for this option and it is working on it in the labs as we speak. They appear to be having issues with the implementation of cut and paste on the iPhone. Apple would like to add the feature, but they want to keep it as simple as possible.

The employee went on to say that no further details were available other than Apple is working on a solution and no timetable for release had been set.
