Rumor: iPhone Spotted On CalTrain

A photographer snapped this photo of an unsuspecting individual on a CalTrain using what appears to be the iPhone.

According to Engadget, many Apple employees use this train to communte from SF to Cupertino. According the person who took the photo, said iPhone user was flipping through songs and playing back music on the device.

Something isn't right about this. An Apple employee wouldn't be caught on a train with the iPhone, unless they were looking to lose their job.

Not fare that we have to wait until june 29 to get the iPhone....and here a man is listneing to music on the very iPhone i have to wait on

Actually, Apple employees (and others with iPhones) are allowed to use them in public. They're just not allowed to give demos or show them off publicly.
