During the Apple Special Event today, Steve Jobs announced iPhone support for the new WiFi iTunes music store.

Support for this new feature will come by way of a forthcoming iPhone software update. The WiFi iTunes music store features the same price and selection. Songs purchased sync back to iTunes.
