An internal memo sent to all corporate AT&T employees refers to the iPhone launch period as June 15 through July 15. Apple had stated recently that the iPhone was schedule for late June.

While the memo doesn't confirm a hard release date of June 15th, it is apparent that AT&T is preparing for what they deem, "the biggest selling period we have seen in a few years". AT&T is encouraging employees to schedule vacations either before or after the launch period to ensure proper staffing.
