A German court today ruled in favor of Deutsche Telekom, allowing them to sell the Apple iPhone exclusively through T-Mobile.
The court ruled that T-Mobile could indeed require customers to agree to a 2-year agreement when purchasing an iPhone. "We are pleased with the outcome,"T-Mobile spokesman Rene Bresken said. T-Mobile also said they will unlock a customers iPhone at the conclusion of their contract.
