Last week, Dvorak suggested Apple should scrap the iPhone. This week, in his podcast, he claims the iPhone battery lasts only 40 minutes.

Dvorak claims he has spoken with an unamed source at Cingular who has been testing the iPhone. Dvorak states the talk time is merely 40 minutes. His source also claims the interface is wrought with mistakes.

Editors note: Again with Dvorak and his baseless claims. He is simply trying to legitimize his outlandish statement of last week suggesting Apple pull the plug on the iPhone.
