Apple Stores Closing Between 2pm and 6pm on iDay

Apple retail stores will close their doors at 2pm on Friday, June 29th and re-open at 6pm.

All Apple retail stores will use this window to prepare for the premiere of the iPhone. Starting at 6pm, consumers will be able to to see, try and buy the iPhone. According to Apple's retail site, the iPhone is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Lines have already started forming at some Apple Stores.
