Contest Basics

• Contestants must be 18 years or older.
• To become eligible, you must become a registered member of the everythingiCafe forums and make at least 1 quality post between now and the official announcement of the next generation iPhone. Existing members do not need to re-register, but simply meet make a post during this timeframe. More posts do not enhance your chances of winning.Posts will be monitored and deleted if they do not meet our standards.
• Posts cannot contain links to competing sites.
• One entry per IP address and user. Multiple entries will result in your immediate disqualification. This is tracked and recorded.
• Winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries.
• The winner will receive an Apple Gift Card valued at either $399 or less based upon the actual U.S. Apple Store price of the new iPhone. The dollar amount of the gift card will not exceed $399.
• everythingicafe is not responsible for taxes, shipping costs, wireless service or contracts. If a wireless contract is required, it is not the responsibility of everythingicafe.com, but the winner of the giveaway.

• HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit our iPhone forums on the World Wide Web at www.everythingicafe.com/forum and sign up for the Forums and make a minimum of one post prior to the announcement of the new iPhone. If you are an existing member of the forums, you must have a minimum of one post between May 22nd, 2008 and the date of the official introduction of the new iPhone but not before June 9th. Additional posts do not increase your chances of winning. IP addresses are tracked. Contestants who enter multiple entries using the same IP address will be disqualified. everythingiCafe is not responsible for their failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
