Man, sometimes I swear Apple does little tweaks of their systems just to mess with us nerds who obsessively care about such things. 9to5 Mac has spotted some new entries in Apple’s inventory system that correspond to new a iPhone 4 and iPod Touch. What?
So what they found was an SKU for three new iPod Touch models, under the codename N81A. N81 is the current generation of iPod Touches, so N81A probably means a white varient with differing levels of storage.
Far more intriguing is the N90A — a varient of the iPhone 4, which is the N90. Seeing as there’s already a white iPhone 4, what can the two units with the new name mean? 8GB versions? iPhone 4S? Oh man, I have no idea, but we’ll find out soon.
