Yesterday’s release of iOS 6.1.3 had little in the way of a changelog, with one of the more notable changes being a patch to fix a bug that allowed someone to bypass a passcode secured lockscreen using a combination of button presses. While that has been fixed, a new vulnerability has been found that allows a user to access contacts and photos without a passcode.
TNW theorizing that the issue is related to the voice dial systems on devices which don’t support Siri, although iPhoneblog.de has been able to replicate it on an iPhone 5.
Apple has yet to comment, but don’t be surprised if iOS 6.1.4 surfaces in the not so distant future.

Enter iOS 6.1.3.1. =) Fixes every lockscreen vulnerability identified as of yet… But since they already patched the evasi0n jailbreak vulnerability, how soon can we truly expect a new iOS update?
I don’t think Apple takes these vulnerabilities too lightly. I’d be surprised if we didn’t see something in the next 3-4 weeks.
