One of the more popular apps that inspires people to jailbreak is LockInfo. The jailbreak community appears to be preparing the long awaited jailbreak for iOS 6 when Apple releases iOS 6.1. No firm date on when that will happen, but it sounds as if it’ll be soon. With the relative inactivity in the jailbreak community due the lack of a true iOS 6 jailbreak, it’s left developers in a bit of a lurch. That appears to be changing according to David Asham. The developer behind LockInfo has been testing an alpha version of LockInfo, that offers a few new features. Bugs are getting fixed and there’s hope for a beta release in the next week, with a final release not to far behind.
Are you planning on jailbreaking iOS 6? Excited about the new LockInfo?
