Cult of Mac have had a bit of a sit-down and a talk with the inventor of Liquidmetal, the technology Apple just licensed, apparently bailing out Liquidmetal from some substantial debt. Dr. Atakan Peker, the man behind the metal, thinks the material would be good for casting antennae. A case crafted of the stuff would be able to function both as the structural base of the stuff, and as an antenna.
“You can build casings with functional characteristics, and the alloy’s properties as an antenna can be optimized,” Peker said.
It’s an interesting interview, and one that covers some very cool possibilities of the material, like the fact that it doesn’t fatigue when bent, allowing it to be used for folding applications.

Isn’t this the samething that caused the “problem” that the iPhone 4 is having…
I put problem in quotes, because it really hasn’t effected me at all.
Isn’t this the same thing that caused the “problem” for John Connor?
Probably building an exoskeleton for someone, check the patent for claws, I may know what they are up to.
