Now that we’ve finally caught our breath from the iPhone 5 excitement (whew), how about a good, clear look at what appears to be an iPad Mini? These shots come from Chinese site BoloPad, and look decently convincing.
The image shows the iPad Mini with all the design features that we’ve previously discussed — the vast majority of which are just the iPad writ small. The only appreciable changes is the bottom, where you have a Lightning port, and new speaker grill. Unlike some other mooted designs, the headphone jack is still at the bottom.
One thing to note is that the screen appears to have a placeholder image on it — it’s not producing light at all, so doesn’t look to be functional. There’s also a funny looking dot at the top center of the rear of the iPad Mini, and I have no idea what that’s meant to be.
