FOSS Patents provides a complete breakdown for those who want the in-depth legal assessment of the case. The most interesting development is that she has overruled the jury that found Samsung’s acts of patent infringement willful. FOSS Patents does their usual thorough analysis of the latest developments and how they may affect the case going forward.
