iShred Snowboard Celebrates Jobs

The crew at Signal Snowboards have used their Every Third Thursday show to celebrate Steve Jobs, who inspired and built products every snowboarder loves. It’s one of the first snowboards to utilize an aluminum base, with light blasting through the Signal logo, no different than your favorite MacBook. The iShred also features an integrated iPad 2, because who doesn’t want to Facetime from their snowboards.

    They should have stopped with the logo.  That was cool enough.  The iPad was total overkill to the point of being douchie.  I respect that they innovated quite a bit, but I would have preferred that they take the glowing logo idea and applied it to the whole board.  Perhaps a cool graphic in addition to the logo with strategic cutouts where it glows.  That’s just one man’s opinion.
