When I want to show off my iPhone the first app I reach for is PhoneSaber. It is MARVELOUS.

A must for hardcore Star Wars fan. I guess you could simulate a lightsaber fight with another friend who has an iPhone and this app. Otherwise, not much use except for a nice laugh. However, the way it uses the accelerometer and the lightsaber sounds is quite amazing.
