Carrier unlock app ultrasn0w has now been updated for the iPhone 4, and will let you take your phone to other carriers than AT&T. It’s limited to iOS 4/4.0.1, so if you’re in the beta program, it’s not going to work for you. You can either search for ultrasn0w on Cydia, or add http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com as a source.
