At the Consumer Electronics Show this week, iPad 2 cases are out in full force. One producer even showed up with a mock iPad 2, giving the first clear look at what form the device will take — even if it isn’t real. The aluminum mockup is consistent with the rumors we’ve heard up to now, with a large rear speaker, tapered edges, and front and back cameras.
Given just how many cases we’re seeing that match these specifications, I’m pretty sure we can convincingly say that this is what the iPad 2 will look like, and all that remains to be revealed are the specifics.

It almost seems like they’re going the same route as they did from the iPhone 2G to the 3G. Rounder edges and sleeker styling. However, I love the look and feel of the current iPad. :-/
I won’t be able to turn down front and rear cameras and *especially* a large speaker – that would be great.
