Here’s The Statement Apple Was Forced To Put In UK Newspapers

Apple apology to Samsung The Guardian 02 Nov 12 p5 520x358 Heres The Statement Apple Was Forced To Put In UK Newspapers

As part of a UK judge not liking Apple’s language with the Samsung notice on its website, Apple was forced to put a notice in a number of major UK daily newspapers. Required to be placed in size 14 Arial font or larger, and no later than page 6, the ad has been spotted in the Guardian and the Daily Mail.

Unlike the previous notice on Apple’s website, there are no attempts at deflections or humor this time around. It’s one block paragraph of extremely dry text. Hopefully, this will meet the judge’s approval.

Apple has removed the offending text from the UK website, but has not yet uploaded a revised version.
