Yes, it’s a pretty hokey mix of judicious editing and some sleight of hand, but iSimon’s iPad magic is just the sort of schmaltz everyone likes this time of year. iSimon (aka Simon Pierro) has put together a compilation of magic tricks that he’s performed with his iPad above, and you can see each one in detail on his YouTube channel.
And, if you’re really bored, maybe you can pick up enough of what he’s doing to suitably impress any small children that’ll be on hand over the holiday break. Just don’t try and update the famous “broken watch trick” — no one wants to be responsible for a smashed iPad.
