Default Will IPhone be sync with MS Outlook?

Just asking...

I'm really adept to MS Outlook in terms of my job planning- Contacts, Mail, Calendar, Tasks, & Notes.
I'm just wondering if IPhone supports seamless sync with this client...

Just wondering and hoping this to be true, even not in the first release, but in the versions that follows.

Good day to us all,

Actually, I hope so also. I use Office 2007 on my laptop, and it would be great if they synced easily.

I believe Apple will include a function or 3rd party software package to do that. If not by a MAC...

I'm sure I read that it wouldn't work with Outlook's push mail server (whatever its obscure M$ name is).

One of the Tech blogs (Engadget?) talked about this being a deal-breaker for many corporate applications.

You are probably right that it won't work with MS Exchange server's push email service. It will however work with a MS Exchange server using IMAP or POP3.

Since iTunes can sync your Outlook contacts and calendar to your iPod, why wouldn't it be able to sync them to your iPhone?

Good day to us all,

Well then, I guess that just gives me one more reason to switch from Windows to Mac, eh?

Perhaps it is just the mail host as noted above. But in any case, Dave Pogue said it, so it must be true!
