Default Weird Outlook Calendar Syncing problem

So right now syncing is doing something weird.

All appointments made in outlook 2007 ARE NOT transferred to the Iphone correctly. They are shifted by +1 hour.

However, all appointments made on the phone ARE transferred to outlook correctly.

Current settings, computer timezone = Indiana East (-5:00), Outlook = Indiana East (-5:00) and the iphone time zone support is currently turned off.

If I turn on the time zone support and set it to the correct city, nothing changes.

I ve tried forcing different combinations of timezones and the only thing it does is change ALL the appointments. Not the ones that are wrong.

In outlook, when setting up an appointment, you have the ability to chance the timezone that the appointment is in. I have compared both the appointments that transfer incorrectly, and the ones that transfer correctly, they all have Indiana set as there timezone...

any hints??
