Syncing with Outlook

I would like to be able to sync with my work computer's Outlook only and no other apps and continue to use my home computer for everything else.

If you can connect to your work (if they're using Exchange) via ActiveSync then you should be able to synch any of the following emails, contacts, calendar (within Outlook). This is regardless of where you Sync with iTunes.
