Talking Syncing iPhone

I would appreciate if any of you would recommend a program to sync my phone just incase it gets bricked or anything else I could have it back to my settings.

Thanks in advance

I was implying syncing my entire phone not just music, contacts etc.. I mean entire phone.

yeah, iTunes will sync everything. It will sync your phone to your windows outlook address book, yahoo address book, or whatever apple program address book you have. Calendar stuff too.

Plug your phone into iTunes, open your phone, and click on the "Info" tab. You can pick which address book/calendar you want to sync with there.
