Sync with Windows Vista-Mail, Calendar, and Contacts

I have Windows Vista Home Premium SP1
I have an iPhone 3G on order, is it possible to sync the iPhone with Windows Mail, or Windows Contacts or Windows Calendar?

I also have Mozilla Thunderbird which runs all of these apps. (mail, calendar, and contacts) has anyone been able to sync the iPhone with Mozilla's mail client. I would prefer to use this rather than windows stuff.

I can sync with Windows Contacts.

I wish I could sync with Windows Calendar.
