Default Saving outlooks contacts

I'm getting ready to wipe my hard drive completly and I was wondering if there is a way to save my contacts information as well as contact pictures? That way I don't have to re-enter everyones information once I'm done re-installing outlooks. By the way I'm using outlooks 2007.

Just use your "Import and Export" under "File" in Outlook -> and then chose "Export to a file" -> "Personal Folder Files" -> chose in the top.. "Personal Folders" -> chose a destination...that's all!

I don't have all my contacts / groups on the iPhone - you can chose them in iTunes. It's always a great idea to backup all stuff from Outlook - mails, folders, settings and contacts/groups!

True, redundancy is not a bad thing when it comes to backups.

When you sync with iTunes right after the restore it will ask you if you want to "merge" your contacts/email with your computer. If you do this, iTunes will import your info on the phone into outlook.
