Re-Syncing to a Different iTunes

Hi, first post, newbie here so go easy. Basically I had my phone synced with my iTunes at home and had all of my contacts added in Outlook (75% via a .pbb file I have on a flash). I want to now sync to my iTunes down here at school via my outlook, BUT i do not want to lose all my contacts. I don't have anything in my outlook and was wondering that if I re-synced to this iTunes would it "upload" my contacts to Outlook or simply delete the ones I have a look for ones in outlook (of which there are 0)?

Please help, I don't want to lose all the contacts I spent hours organizing in my outlook at home when I change to my iTunes down at school!

Shut off the syncing on Itunes.
