Problem downloading Camera Roll photos after installing 3rd party apps

Tried to read through all the threads but have not had any luck finding a solution, was wondering if anyone has the same problem.

It seems that after I installed nullriver installer and added some apps, Windows is no longer able to access the pictures through my computer. It does detect the iPhone, but whenever i click on it, it just says device is being used by another device.

I tried reinstalling iTunes, changing the drivers with no luck. Than finally installed Tansee for iPhone and it is able to pick up the iPhone camera roll, but only for pictures that seem to be taken before i installed nullriver.

Does anyone else have this problem?

In my case i went on vacation right after, so have 1000 pictures to download, so emailing will not be a good option

If someone else has ran into this problem and found a solution, i would really appreciate you sharing, I'll spent many days and still can't figure out how to fix.
