outlook iPhone sync problem - last name first name

If you'd filed a name such as Bob Jones, it will appear in Outlook address book as Jones, Bob. This happens every time you create or modify a contact on the iPhone. How do you fix this? Everytime I change or add a contact, I have to edit it again on my PC.

    Thanks,
    Todd

I was able to overcome this by doing the folllowing.

On iPhone go into settings, then Phone and then you will see sort order.

    I hope this helps

it is fine in the iPhone, not in Outlook. That setting just effects the iPhone.

    Tools>Options>Contact Options

From there you can choose the default "display" order, and then the "filing" order. You will have to go in to each individual contact and change the order I believe, however, from then on our it would be whatever you set it to.

I have tried this many many times and still have the same problem. Any contact created on the phone displays in outlook as Last, First. Even though I have display set to First, Last in both phone and outlook. The sort is correct, it's just how outlook displays the contact.
