Default Need help locating iPhone on pc

I'm trying to get pictures off my phone and onto my pc, but my pc does not recognize the phone or something cause I can't find it. I can still sync with iTunes and all that, I just can't find the phone under any drive. My laptop recognizes it hut not the pc. Anyone know how I can fix this problem?

That's what I love about Mac's, as soon as you plug in the phone, iPhoto automatically opens and uploads the new pics.

Try restarting the computer and using a different USB port. If that doesn't work, you could mail them to yourself.

Uninstall the Apple device drivers, plug your phone in and try again
