iPhone noob, please help!

Hey so I bought my iphone today, marvalous invention and all but i have tons of questions so hopefully someone on here will have the patience to answer them.

1. I have an unlocked iphone, where can i get itunes from that will not upgrade/brick my phone? what version of itunes do i get?

2. When I'm connected via wifi and attemp to access the youtube application it says "unable to connect to youtube" whats wrong? if i use safari it connects to the internet and i can go on the youtube site, but when i try to view videos it says flash player not installed.

3. How do I get custom ring tunes without locking my iphone?

4. is there a way i can download gps and games for free? do i need to install any programs to make it work?
